Our 1st center opened in Homestead in 2005 - After 2 years we continue to grow and are now expanding to other areas of the state.
OUR MISSION: PATCHES is a place where children with extreme medical needs and their families are given culturally sensitive, compassionate care and the opportunity to discover their full potential. Through our education services and programs we hope to educate parents/caregivers about their child's condition or illness and the interventions that will increase their child's wellness. As child advocates we strive to be a voice that will be heard in the community and state.
OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE: Through delivery of compassionate health care, we acknowledge the healing presence of God.
VISION: Creating an environment that fosters growth and development in both the staff and families we serve. We strive to meet and exceed our goals in patient care, staff development and commitment to each community we're called to serve.
VALUES: We believe in the dignity of people and strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. By servicing the littlest, weakest and sickest in our population we strive to improve the quality of our community.
